Drive business analysis for infrastructure disaster recovery and business continuity projects, owning the design and documentation of business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex technical problems to define solutions within infrastructure platforms.
• Design and build business processes that align with continuity requirements.
• Create detailed process flow documentation to support system implementation.
• Collaborate with technical resources to apply advanced technical principles.
• Support Agile software development practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity.
• 5+ years of experience designing and building business processes.
• 3+ years of experience creating process flow documentation.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure platforms.
• Practical understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
• ServiceNow Certification.
• Previous experience working in Government environments.
