Senior Business Analyst

You will act as the bridge between client requirements and technical development teams to deliver IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on project progress, metrics, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, scope changes, and resource procurement.
• Study business requirements and evaluate implementation approaches or proposals.
• Assist Sales teams with understanding and responding to RFPs.
• Define success criteria and track outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create project flows, documentation, and work reports.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT consulting services.
• Proven experience in an internal or external business analysis role.
• Experience managing small to medium change or transformation initiatives across business or IT.
• Technical knowledge of delivering IT solutions and providing technical advice.
• Working experience in agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of development processes and methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for formal and informal settings.
• Ability to monitor, report, and manage IT solutions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to or experience working on RPA projects.
