Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, define, and monitor key business metrics for products and processes.
• Extract and analyze data to develop reports, create dashboards, and conduct business evaluations.
• Engage with clients to present metrics, gather requirements, and ensure expectations are met.
• Perform quantitative analyses to convert raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with product teams to influence decision-making through data-driven frameworks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience working with big and complex MySQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical frameworks.
• Experience with statistical modeling and tools such as Spark, SAS, or SPSS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau, Qlikview, or Datasstudio.
• Direct experience in customer engagement.
