You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by liaising directly with stakeholders.
• Translate user expectations into functional requirements and manage clarifications.
• Collaborate with technology teams to explain requirements, test solutions, and coordinate UAT.
• Analyze data and create process flow diagrams to support decision-making.
• Implement Agile practices including daily scrums, planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and creating visual representations.
• Experience developing process flow diagrams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to design and implement systems supporting regulatory compliance.
• Experience testing SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability to manage requirements for system migrations and data loading.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with technical teams on system enhancements.
