You will drive large-scale business transformation by bridging technical capabilities and organizational goals within the telecom sector.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document specific requirements from business stakeholders.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Model current and desired state processes to identify and implement workflow optimizations.
• Manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Deep telecom domain knowledge in Connectivity, Overlay, Cloud, Voice, Collaboration, or Security products.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformational business change through technology.
• Expertise in senior stakeholder engagement and management.
• Practical experience translating strategic vision into actionable execution plans.
• Experience managing indirect teams or leading cross-functional programs.
• Ability to work with internal and external technology suppliers to align business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of TMF ODA and Open APIs.
• Experience integrating diverse teams, methods, and organizational cultures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
