Description

Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation across multiple concurrent projects, owning the full lifecycle from stakeholder interviews to business validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements using interviews, workshops, document analysis, use cases, and business process descriptions.
• Decompose high-level business and user requirements into detailed functional requirements.
• Create functional requirements documents, including user stories, diagrams, process flows, and RACI charts.
• Lead requirements prioritization and facilitate negotiations among multiple stakeholders.
• Manage requirements traceability and track status throughout the project life cycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a senior or lead analyst managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• Proficiency with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, Skype, and SharePoint.
• Ability to define current- and future-state business processes and nonfunctional requirements.
• Strong documentation skills for creating analysis models, prototypes, and scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Review requirements prepared by other analysts to ensure they are clear, unambiguous, and follow standard templates.
• Mentor junior analysts and participate in peer reviews of requirements documents.
• Coordinate business validation to verify end-to-end business processes function as intended.
