You will translate business needs into actionable specifications for development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm understanding.
• Document and validate functional flows, use cases, and process charts.
• Translate business requirements into technical flows for offshore teams.
• Guide development teams on business domain areas where knowledge is lacking.
• Validate wireframes provided by UX designers and secure client signoff.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in end-to-end project delivery.
• Proficiency in creating functional flows using tools like Visio or ConceptDraw.
• Experience creating workflows, charts, and use case documents.
• Strong ability to sense and prioritize business requirements.
• Basic understanding of wireframing principles.
• Proven analytical skills.
