 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis for marketing and sales strategy optimization, including pricing optimization, client experience improvements, cross-sell, and retention.
• Convert business problems into analytical tasks and deliver insights through hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, and test vs. control comparisons.
• Build and validate predictive models using machine learning to support acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from big data environments; work across structured and complex data sources.
• Develop and present findings to management using clear storytelling, dashboards, and structured communication.

 Skills Required:

• Business Analyst experience with strong logical reasoning and problem-solving to translate business needs into analytics.
• Marketing analytics experience across sales/marketing strategy optimization, pricing optimization, client experience, cross-sell, and retention.
• SQL proficiency for data retrieval and manipulation, including working with large datasets.
• Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding; strong proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint for structured presentations.

Good to Have:

• Stakeholder management experience and ability to coordinate with Product, Pricing, Client Experience, and Sales teams.
• Customer management experience in a financial services context.
• PowerPoint proficiency for executive-ready storytelling and presentations.

Education: Any Graduation, Any Post Graduation (Master's preferred)
