You will drive data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large datasets and managing business intelligence workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract insights from large datasets to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and automate routine dashboards for tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Conduct custom analyses to optimize user onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention funnels.
• Cohort users and track actual and predicted Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Build forecast models and create automated alerts for business leaders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and R.
• Experience with visualization platforms including Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design for hypothesis testing.
• Experience using A/B testing tools and methodologies within digital product environments.
• Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.
