Description

You will partner with Process Excellence Leads and Global Process Owners to drive optimized, secure end-to-end People Processes.

Lead requirement gathering, solution design, test development, and implementation for large-scale digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups to define business problems and user needs within sophisticated projects.
• Translate business requirements into detailed solution specifications aligned with standard process methodology.
• Analyze large datasets to diagnose issues and develop appropriate solutions using Lean/6 Sigma principles.
• Collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Assist the Product Owner in visualizing outcomes, prioritizing work, and delivering minimum viable products.

Required Skills

• 7 to 12 years of experience in Workday HCM, specifically Absence Management, Offboarding, and Personal Data management.
• Experience working in large digital organizations with a focus on employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to find common ground between technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to operate independently and make timely decisions within agreed parameters.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex requirements to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in problem-solving and delivering solutions at pace.
