You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery for application, data, ML, and BI projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and create business requirement documents, user training manuals, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Document project plans, decisions, and changes throughout migration or greenfield processes.
• Collect and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and new analysis processes.
• Report project results, risks, and mitigation strategies to Project Managers, Technical Architects, and leadership.
• Drive engagements proactively, managing project tasks and stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements definition.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with AWS-based data engineering, migration, or infrastructure deployment projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using Excel and BI tools.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive technical reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for independent stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage requirements for ML and BI delivery projects.

Preferred Skills

• Educational background in Computer Science, IT, or Cloud Technologies.
• Experience with Workday or client management.
• Experience with deployment procedures to higher environments or migrations from on-prem/other clouds to AWS.
