You will drive business value through systems analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform workflow analysis and create diagrams to define current and future state processes.
• Execute impact analysis documentation for new system developments and existing enhancements.
• Partner with senior business and IT leadership to prioritize projects and resource allocation.
• Guide team members in requirements elicitation, functional specification, and training material development.
• Establish and maintain standards for systems analysis, vendor management, and project artifacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Ability to use PowerPoint and Word for documentation and presentations.
• Understanding of the full development lifecycle and coordination with QA, UAT, and Infrastructure teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
