You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution in the pharmaceutical or biotech space, driving data-driven decision-making.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and create functional documentation for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective dashboards and define KPIs.
• Conduct feasibility and impact assessments for new business requirements.
• Convert business needs into actionable user stories and epics using Agile methodology.
• Support UAT, user training, and field enablement.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Direct experience in Pharma Commercials or Biotech industries.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle DB, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of data and analytics.
• Experience defining KPIs and optimizing dashboard usability.
• Ability to ensure data consistency across business reporting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data querying and mining.
• Hands-on experience creating mockups and wireframes.
• Ability to work with EST time zone overlap.
