Description

Lead analysis efforts to bridge user requests with underlying business needs and drive system improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes to decompose high-level information into actionable requirements.
• Document requirements specifications using standard processes and templates.
• Conduct integration testing by developing and implementing standard test scenarios based on user stories.
• Manage change management issues for new development requests and provide level II production support.
• Lead a team of analysts responsible for new system development and existing system improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Teams.
• Proven ability to capture requirements that support scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Experience working with Project Managers, Developers, Systems Analysts, and SQA Analysts.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge of large immigrant systems.
• IIBA or ABA Certification.
