You will define business requirements, design user workflows, and drive process optimization for Financial Services and Retirement platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and UI/UX specifications.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state business solutions.
• Design wireframes and user interface workflows with product and engineering teams.
• Facilitate workshops to align business and technology solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering expertise.
• 5+ years of Business Process Analysis, Process Modeling, and Future-State Solution Design.
• 3+ years of UI/UX Requirements, Wireframing, and User Interface Workflow Design.
• 3+ years of Financial Services and Retirement Services domain experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and engineering teams.
