Description

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.

Strong experience in Product Ownership and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Expertise in Business Analysis and Requirement Elicitation.

Proven experience managing Product Backlogs, User Stories, Epics, and Features.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with Product Roadmap Development and Release Planning.

Hands-on experience with UAT planning and support.

Knowledge of Agile estimation techniques (Story Points, T-Shirt Sizing, Relative Estimation).

Experience with Agile management tools such as Targetprocess, Jira, or similar platforms.

Strong Insurance domain knowledge including: Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting, Billing & Payments, Customer Experience, and Agency/Broker Operations.

Basic understanding of Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, AI Governance, and AI-powered Product Management
