Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for insurance platforms, translating complex business needs into technical execution within Agile teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation, backlog management, and roadmap development for insurance products.
• Define and prioritize Epics, Features, and User Stories using Agile estimation techniques.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution with stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder communications and align release plans with business objectives.
• Integrate GenAI and LLM capabilities into product features while ensuring AI governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Deep expertise in the Insurance domain: Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, and Agency Operations.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Targetprocess.
• Strong background in Product Ownership, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with AI Governance and AI-powered product management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Product Sourcing and technical product management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex insurance software solutions.
