Act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation across complex systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications, considering risks and impact scenarios.
• Support solution and experience design to optimize business processes and user experience.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Advise on security, risk, and IT process standards, ensuring enterprise compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in complex, multi-system environments.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application delivery methodologies.
• Experience with accounting and/or finance system conversions.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a regulated financial services environment.
• Expertise in Requirements Analysis and Business Data Analysis.
• Demonstrated skills in process improvement and business process modeling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
