You will own the process of defining and documenting business requirements for technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
Process intake funnel items and support request prioritization by documenting value statements (ROI, Regulatory, Security, Shaw Brand reputation, CX impact, Front Line impact, Prevent Loss of revenue).
Identify requirements and document deliverables, creating stories/JIRA Cards, BRDs, FRDs, and process documentation/maps.
Define acceptance criteria and review them with stakeholders.
Maintain a functional understanding of design and requirements while supporting business through shifting priorities.
Required Skills
5+ years of working experience.
Proficiency in Jira.
Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
