You will design data-driven business solutions and deliver actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify improvements using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable models.
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and dashboards to support business intelligence.
• Conduct market analysis and demand forecasting to assist in strategic planning.
• Create reports, monitor processes via statistical modeling, and provide performance recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and designing data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Python (Jupyter, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PySpark), R, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with QlikView and PowerBI for visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with AWS (EC2, RDS, Glue) and Azure (Databricks, Data Factory).
• Knowledge of Git and Docker for collaboration and deployment.
• Expertise in statistical modeling and demand forecasting.
• Strong ability to address complex challenges and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing and scaling cloud solutions in AWS and Azure environments.
