Description

You will own the requirements lifecycle for IT and business projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Support solution design by validating requirements against business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to ensure alignment between business and IT teams.
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, user stories, use cases).
• Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Process Flows.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Experience documenting requirements for Mobile and Web application front ends.
• Understanding of business process modeling and functional specification development.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated track record working with cross-functional teams and leadership groups.
