You will analyze and document business requirements for technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements for solutions leveraging core toolsets.
• Map and optimize business processes using Akkodis TTS methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst on projects involving Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, Siebel, Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or advanced analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• SFIA Level 4 or above in Requirements Definition and Management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
