You will bridge business needs and technical execution within complex financial environments, specifically focusing on FX options and derivatives trading workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document trade-processing and risk management requirements.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify process improvements and technical solutions for FX options and derivatives trading.
• Assist in designing and testing enhancements to risk systems or trade processing platforms, ensuring alignment with industry and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and testing plans.
• Provide insights into system performance, risk exposure, and operational efficiencies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis within the financial sector, specifically in FX trading, risk, or derivatives processing.
• Strong understanding of front-office risk management and trade processing in FX options or derivatives.
• Expertise in business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with trade capture, confirmation, and risk systems used in trading environments.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Ability to use Python for data analysis or automation tasks.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation scripting or data analysis using Python.
• Familiarity with risk management platforms and market data systems.
