You will act as the technical bridge between complex application logic and business requirements, translating intricate system designs into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex Java and Mainframe applications to uncover underlying logic.
• Translate technical system constraints and capabilities into business-relevant requirements.
• Guide cross-functional team members through technical application analysis and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver clear technical presentations using Visio and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical concepts with broader business goals.

Required Skills

• 10–13 years of professional experience in software analysis or development.
• Strong background in Java and Mainframe (MF) development environments.
• Proven ability to bridge technical systems with business requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering technical presentations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Strong analytical thinking and written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of QA and automation frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
