You will bridge business users and technology teams to deliver healthcare system solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and analyze business requirements to define and document processes.
• Write detailed business and technical requirements for information systems.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to create cohesive system solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience within the US healthcare industry.
• Deep understanding of 834, 837, and 820 X12 data formats and standards.
• Hands-on experience with EDI transactions and response file processing flows.
• Knowledge of the CMS Submission Process.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and HL7.
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
