Description

You will bridge technical teams and stakeholders to deliver requirements within an agile framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and refine user stories to align with project goals.
• Participate in sprint cycles, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, and Scrum Masters to coordinate delivery.
• Manage requirements and track progress using Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Facilitate communication between design, architecture, and development teams to drive consensus.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience working within an agile framework.
• Expertise in writing user stories and managing sprint cycles.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience working on AI or technology-related projects.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and remove team impediments.
