You will lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution delivery for business and technology initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering by engaging stakeholders to define business needs, objectives, and success metrics.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business operations and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support implementation, training, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional Business Analysis experience supporting business and technology initiatives.
• Strong expertise in business process mapping, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and system documentation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, UAT, and cross-functional project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within government agencies, public sector, or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, business process automation, and system integration.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools.
