Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Cybersecurity/IAM.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Data Flows.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, RBAC, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with Cloud Identity, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Reviews, and Entitlement Management.
• Knowledge of AI/Agentic Identity Governance is a plus.
• Experience supporting GRC, audits, compliance, risk remediation, and security controls.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, KPI/KRI, and data validation skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field
