You translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements for wealth management workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for portfolio management, billing, and advisor workflows.
• Conduct current-state versus future-state gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain process flows, business requirements documents (BRDs), and user stories.
• Manage and track requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and testing activities.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering and gap analysis skills.
• Experience in the wealth management or financial services domain.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and approximately 3 years of experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with wealth management platforms such as Pershing, FIS, Envestnet, eMoney, or MoneyGuidePro.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and mapping.
• Experience with Confluence, Miro, or Draw.io.
