Description

You will work with the State Functional Manager and other Business Analysts to improve PACSS functionality and deliver actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and pain points.
• Design optimized workflows for complex processes matching South Carolina business needs.
• Propose enhancements for complex financial activities within PACSS.
• Design self-guiding features, including wizards and contextual assistance, to improve usability.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand South Carolina business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years working with financial operations (receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, or reconciliation).
• 5+ years experience in workflow design and system enhancement.
• 5+ years conducting Stakeholder Interviews.
• 5+ years proficiency with SQL Querying.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with Child Support systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, non-technical staff, customers/stakeholders (State and Federal), and executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodology.
