Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
• Develop business process models to represent current and future state workflows
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Propose and design process and system solutions aligned with business objectives
• Create workflow diagrams, user stories, and documentation
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and leadership
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements
• Support project planning, execution, and coordination activities
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and strategic goals

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale enterprise projects
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow design
• Strong understanding of IT systems and business operations
• Ability to create user stories and functional specifications
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Experience working in cross-functional team environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Healthcare or Public Sector environments
• Exposure to finance-related systems or projects
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong documentation and process improvement experience
