You will analyze business requirements and design process solutions for large-scale enterprise projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop business process models and workflow diagrams for current and future states.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Create user stories and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise projects.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and workflow design.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and business operations.
• Ability to create user stories and functional specifications.
• Experience working in cross-functional team environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Healthcare or Public Sector environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to finance-related systems or projects.
