You will own the business analysis lifecycle for key projects, defining requirements and driving stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute business analysis tasks to define and document project requirements.
• Apply CBAP methodologies to drive requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Support project delivery through rigorous analysis and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality.

Required Skills

• CBAP certification.
• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Strong proficiency in CBAP methodologies.
• Experience with requirement documentation and management tools.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in hybrid environments.
