Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Support product owners in prioritizing the product backlog based on business value.
• Facilitate group sessions to gather requirements and define technical and business details.
• Coordinate the collection and analysis of requirements for enterprise-level solutions.
• Drive deliverables to completion and document technical specifications effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working within an Agile environment.
• Experience working with backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Hands-on experience using Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong background in the financial services or banking domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
