Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements across the full project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate business problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum Master practices.
• Familiarity with Technical Project Management principles.
• Ability to bridge communication between business users, technical teams, and leadership.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end project delivery activities.
• Skills in communicating project updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Perform basic technical analysis, including API understanding, data flows, and system behavior.
