You will translate IT priorities into actionable roadmaps and executive reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic IT priorities into roadmaps, initiatives, and supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain capability maturity roadmaps, tracking progress and supporting materials.
• Prepare content for CIO strategy reviews, executive briefings, and senior-leadership discussions.
• Support the operationalization of a Strategic Vendor Management framework, including tiering and scoring.
• Refine inputs for CIO-level dashboards and executive reporting packages.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience as a Senior or IT Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of IT operations and the business of IT.
• Experience supporting IT leadership, strategy, or enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Vendor Management and procurement processes.
• Expertise in analytical and organizational skills, thriving in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting a Sr. IT leadership team.
• Exposure to VMO initiatives.
