You will own the end-to-end requirement lifecycle for core banking system development, enhancement, and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, end-users, and IT teams.
• Analyze current banking processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and use cases.
• Align technical solutions with business needs by liaising between business users, developers, and vendors.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 18 to 20 years of experience in business analysis.
• 8+ years of experience specifically within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in core banking transformation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Hands-on experience with core banking platforms such as Temenos, Finacle, FIS Products, or Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Deep knowledge of retail banking operations, including lending, payments, and customer onboarding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data migration projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance including AML, KYC, and PCI-DSS.
