You align business needs with technology, architectural, and product roadmaps through senior-level analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, develop, and document detailed business and user requirements for IT portfolios.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and convert them into future technical projects.
• Communicate business processes through workflow diagrams and technical specifications.
• Act as a Product Owner for products developed using Agile methodologies, creating Epics, Stories, and tasks.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to establish priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in software development lifecycles and requirements management.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Strong ability to document functional and system requirements for complex requests.
• Knowledge of architectural concepts, information management methodologies, and IT industry trends.
• Advanced analytical skills to resolve conflicting business and technical requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and direct the work of business systems analysis personnel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with the Project Management Office and CTO to ensure solution alignment with security, accessibility, and infrastructure needs.
