You will drive technical project outcomes by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements, and success criteria through comprehensive analysis.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, requirements specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops for stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while developing contingency plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a related technical role.
• Proven experience implementing ChatBot projects.
• Strong understanding of business analysis processes and methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom industry experience.
