Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a centralized Financial Data Hub, coordinating a team of Business Analysts to deploy systems supporting Loans, Mortgages, and Deposits.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own financial master data and mapping activities across multiple business domains.
• Translate business definitions into financial data elements to ensure alignment across downstream reporting systems.
• Perform detailed data reconciliation and variance analysis between source systems and the centralized finance layer.
• Collaborate with ETL and integration teams to manage data transformations, system dependencies, and data flow availability.
• Manage issue tracking and lead post-load data validation, testing, and sign-off for production releases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with financial data, data migration, or data hub projects.
• Deep expertise in Financial Data Management and Data Reconciliation.
• Experience with Data Validation and working within centralized data platforms.
• Practical experience collaborating with ETL and data integration teams.
• Strong understanding of financial data elements and reporting structures.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting finance or banking domain projects.
