Description

Lead business analysis and process reengineering for a mission-critical modernization project.

Responsibilities

• Perform Business Process Reengineering (BPR) by conducting As-Is and To-Be assessments and gap analyses.
• Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) and Detail Design Sessions (DDS) to collect and document system requirements.
• Execute Business Data Modeling to identify data relationships, inputs, outputs, and constraints.
• Manage testing lifecycles, including planning and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with custom test scripts.
• Develop training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for technical and non-technical users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience in Software Development and Implementation projects.
• Expertise in Business Architecture Modeling and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
• Ability to manage and track project tasks against a formal project plan.
• Experience using specialized software for tracking system changes and maintaining documentation.
• Strong capability in facilitating collaboration between executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps.
• Any Graduate degree.
