Description

You will own business requirements and process modeling within the payment domain.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future state business process flow diagrams, narratives, and gap analyses.
• Develop project roadmaps and capture functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Create user stories, use cases, business rules, and data dictionaries to support system design.
• Manage EPICs and backlogs using Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Present findings and requirements to stakeholders ranging from project teams to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Deep expertise in the payment domain.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in EPIC management and backlog grooming.
• Proven ability in user story creation and requirement documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive-level presentations.
• Any graduate degree.
