You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by translating requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Capture precise business problems, value drivers, and functional and non-functional requirements including security, usability, data, and supportability.
• Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to identify improvement opportunities and current state issues.
• Translate business requirements into functionality while assessing risks, feasibility, and business impact of solution options.
• Collaborate with developers to implement requirements and provide guidance to testers during the QA process.
• Manage interactions with technology vendors and research potential solutions or innovative ideas.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience working on large-scale projects and handling day-to-day operational requests.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and data modeling.
• Deep understanding of indices, fundamentals, analytical data, and returns level data.
• Ability to design capability strategy and execute plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and plan independently.
• Fluency in business processes and process differentiation.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
