You will translate business needs into technical requirements for large-scale application projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in existing software systems and design solutions to meet business needs.
• Break down complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
• Collaborate with architects to drive the direction of design and development for applications.
• Review technical designs and specifications for completeness and adherence to standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• 10 years of experience developing technical designs with application and solution architects.
• Expertise in responsive design application development and human-centric solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile and DevOps.
• Familiarity with Azure.
• Bachelor's degree.
