Description

Lead requirements gathering and process integration for IT solutions using waterfall and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clients to identify impacted business processes and optimal IT integrations.
• Lead working sessions and artifact reviews with technical teams, system specialists, and Enterprise Security to ensure policy compliance.
• Manage change management processes for production system fixes and system architecture design updates.
• Develop training content, facilitate training sessions, and validate test data and results.
• Monitor defect tracking logs, differentiate between defects and new requirements, and initiate change requests.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing and modifying system documentation.
• Experience with SUITE Project Management Methodology (PMM).
• Experience with Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM).
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently and lead peer artifact reviews.
• Validate estimates and provide content approval for project schedules.
