Description

You will own end-to-end business analysis for Property & Casualty (P&C) clients, covering requirements gathering, solution design, and user training.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement sessions, workshops, and gap analysis to define configuration approaches for customers.
• Produce functional design documents, process flows, and diagrams that translate customer needs into technical specifications.
• Configure products and business process rules to address specific customer business challenges in Policy Administration, Billing, and Claims.
• Review end-to-end test strategies and cases to validate customer scenarios before deployment.
• Train end users on implemented functionalities and provide feedback to product management to enhance base features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven expertise in Business Analysis, with end-to-end ownership of business deliverables.
• Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, specifically Policy Administration systems, Billing, and Claims.
• Experience in creating requirement and functional design documents using agile gap-analysis methods.
• Ability to configure products and business process rules to solve complex business challenges.
• Proficiency in developing process flows and diagrams to visualize requirements and solutions.
• Strong communication skills for leading workshops and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Readiness to travel frequently to conduct customer meetings and gather requirements.
