Description

Drive cloud cost management initiatives by bridging the gap between technical AWS environments and business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business problems and cloud cost opportunities.
• Create business requirements documents, user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams to visualize resource allocation.
• Analyze cost communication methods, anomaly detection approaches, and forecasting efficiency to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate on Terraform configuration design and support the development of infrastructure-as-code.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Deep understanding of AWS services, pricing models, and cost optimization strategies.
• Strong knowledge of FinOps principles and practices.
• Proficiency in process modeling, data modeling, and use case development.
• Experience with visualization tools including Miro, Lucid, and Visio.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts, specifically Terraform.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect or Cloud Practitioner).
• FinOps Foundation certification.
• Experience with data analysis tools and change management principles.
