Description

You will align business needs with technology, architectural, and product roadmaps through senior-level business analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and user requirements to support strategic plans.
• Identify gaps between existing processes and technical solutions to define future projects.
• Develop Epics, Stories, and tasks while acting as Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Communicate complex technical specifications via workflow diagrams and tailored documentation.
• Collaborate with PMO, CTO, and Application Development teams to ensure solution alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, development, and documentation using industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and direct business systems analysis personnel.
• Strong understanding of architectural concepts, principles, and tools for infrastructure and applications.
• Experience managing product and project roadmaps.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including managing backlogs with Epics and Stories.
• Advanced analytical ability to resolve conflicting business and technical requirements.
• Knowledge of information architecture and information management methodologies.
