You will drive requirements gathering and analysis for complex business needs. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business requirements analysis to define scope and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize needs.
• Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process models.
• Lead workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on goals.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend viable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Expert-level Business Analysis experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong documentation, communication, and process modeling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and team-driven environments.
• 25+ years of experience in business analysis roles.

Preferred Skills

• Agile methodologies & tools experience.
• Cbap certification.
