Lead business analysis, requirements elicitation, and quality assurance for large-scale healthcare transformation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering, process elicitation, and stakeholder workshops with clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Analyze and document current and future state business processes, workflows, and transformation initiatives using BPMN and gap analysis.
• Develop QA strategies, test plans, test cases, and coordinate system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Create detailed business and technical documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, user guides, and training manuals.
• Support project-to-operations transition activities and ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security regulations.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst.
• 10+ years of IM/IT industry experience delivering services for complex, multi-organization projects.
• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience including test strategy and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Visio, and BPMN.
• Expertise in business documentation: BRDs, functional specs, workflows, gap analysis.
• Strong experience working with clinical stakeholders (physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners) and governing bodies.
• Experience in Canadian healthcare/eHealth environments with knowledge of privacy and data confidentiality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in English and French for excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience supporting end-user onboarding and training documentation.
